Nestled in the rolling hills of central Le Marche, near the elegant seaside town of Civitanova Marche, you’ll find the charming Countryhouse Imperiale. This unique estate features five comfortable apartments, a stylish mini glamping site with eight luxury safari tents, and four special bubble tents – perfect for a magical stay under the stars.

Facilities for ultimate comfort
Guests enjoy a large heated swimming pool, three outdoor jacuzzis, and a wellness area with sauna, Turkish steam bath, and indoor jacuzzi. There’s also a riding school, tennis court, and a children’s playground – everything designed for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday.

The apartments
The five spacious air-conditioned apartments are ideal for 2 to 5 guests (with an additional child possible). Each features a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, and coffee machine. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.
There’s one bedroom with a double and a single bed, and a loft with a comfortable sofa bed.
Each apartment has a private terrace with sunshade.

Sleep under the stars – Bubble tent
For a unique nature experience, there are 4 bubble tents (15 m²) nestled in the private forest. Each tent includes a double bed, wood-burning stove, and private terrace with dining table.
The two Premium tents feature a private bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. The Standard tents also have a private bathroom, but no shower – guests can use the shared facilities.
Suitable for 2 guests (+ baby or child).

Luxury glamping among the trees
The estate features 8 safari tents, divided into two types:
✔️ The Glam Tents (17.5 m²) are set in an open area with sea views. Each has a front canopy with sink, fully equipped kitchenette, dining table, and two sleeping areas for up to five guests. Electricity, shade sails, and sunbeds are included. Shared bathrooms are nearby.
Suitable for 4 to 5 guests.
✔️ The Suite Tents (30 m²) offer more privacy in a secluded forest setting. They feature a full kitchenette, private bathroom, and two separate bedrooms. Outside is a dining table and sun loungers.
Suitable for 5 to 6 guests.

Beautiful grounds with sea views
Set on a hillside with panoramic views of the Adriatic, the estate includes manicured gardens, a private forest with a 1 km lit nature trail, and peaceful spots for relaxing.
