Apartment Liquirizia is a charming loft-style corner apartment on the first floor, next to Apartment Iperico, accessible via an external staircase.
With 3 bedrooms, air conditioning, and approx. 100 m² of space, it is perfect for up to 5 guests.
Layout
You enter into a spacious, bright living room with fireplace and sitting area.
The open-plan kitchen with dining table is fully equipped with a 5-burner hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and washing machine.
Sleeping arrangements are divided between two bedrooms:
– a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (jacuzzi, toilet, bidet, sink),
– and a loft-style room with two single beds and an extra bed on the mezzanine.
The second bathroom features a double sink, toilet, and bidet.
Covered private terrace
At the rear, a large covered private terrace offers wonderful views over the vineyards.
Furnished with a dining table for 6 and comfortable lounge seating – perfect for outdoor relaxation.
Wi-Fi is, of course, available.
Casale Sotto is part of the Country Resort La Vigna holiday park, beautifully set among vineyards and olive groves, near the medieval town of Acquaviva Picena and just 20 minutes from the Adriatic coast with Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto.
The Apartments
The country house features 8 charmingly furnished apartments (for 1 to 5 guests), all with air conditioning, a private terrace or garden, and access to a large 7 × 35 meter swimming pool with a shallow children’s area.
Luxury sun loungers, play areas, and outdoor seating offer plenty of comfort and relaxation.
The Estate
Casale Sotto is located on a 120-hectare estate and, together with Casale Sopra, forms the Country Resort.
A picturesque country road leads to the domain, where panoramic views over the vineyards and mountains are simply breathtaking.
Location
The location is perfect for those seeking peace, nature, and beach access.
Each apartment includes two sunbeds and bicycles at the beach in Grottammare.
In July, free yoga classes in English are offered on-site for guests.
Guests also have access to three shared barbecue areas.

Casale Sotto is accessible via a gravel road of a few kilometers.
There is ample parking available at the accommodation.
