The kitchen is the largest of all the apartments, and fully equipped with an induction hob, combi oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, and extractor fan.
The living area includes a dining table for six, a luxury sofa bed, and a smart TV.
French doors lead directly to the private terrace.
There are two bedrooms:
– one with a comfortable box spring bed (180 × 200),
– the other with a bunk bed, which also has direct access to the terrace.
The modern and spacious bathroom features an extra-large walk-in rain shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.

The partially covered terrace faces southwest and offers maximum privacy, with panoramic views of the hills and the beautifully landscaped garden with garden house.

The fenced estate is accessed through an electric gate and offers a beautifully maintained garden with olive trees, flowers, a lawn for play, and shaded sitting areas.
At the garden house with pizza oven, the hosts regularly organize pizza or barbecue evenings.
Guests are welcome to use the herb garden.
Swimming Pool with Sea View
A short walk away is the saltwater pool (6 × 12 m) with panoramic views of the sea, a sun terrace, loungers, and shaded areas.
Accessibility
The property is easily accessible via a paved road and lies on a hill just outside Cupra Marittima.
You’ll reach the beach in 5 minutes, and the A14 motorway in just 15 minutes.
