Apartment Indaco (50 m²) is located at the end of the main building, right next to Apartment Azzurro.
It is the smallest 3-room apartment at Countryhouse Colleverde, but still offers comfortable space for 5 to 6 guests.
Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are included.
Layout of the apartment
You enter via the front side of the building.
The spacious living-dining area features a seating area with open fireplace, TV, and a double sofa bed.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas hob, and fridge.
There are two bedrooms:
– one with a double bed,
– one with two single beds.
The bathroom includes a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.
Covered terrace
At the rear side of the building, there is a shared covered terrace, where each apartment has its own seating area and dining table – perfect for enjoying the view of the garden and the rolling Le Marche countryside.

Facilities
Children can safely play on the large lawn with playground equipment in the fenced garden.
The spacious swimming pool (8 × 16 m) is also fenced and includes a whirlpool and a separate children's pool.
A wellness area with sauna and massage is located in the annex.
There is also a shared barbecue for guests to use.
