Apartment 10 is located on the first floor of Casale Due and features a beautiful private balcony terrace with views over the garden, pool and surrounding hills. This bright and modern apartment is suitable for 4–5 guests and includes two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. It is fully equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a well-appointed kitchen-living area.

The apartment is accessed via the exterior staircase at the back of the farmhouse. The spacious kitchen-living room includes a dining table for 5 and a kitchen with stovetop, oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment.
Both bedrooms offer comfort – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Extra bed available. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and bidet. The master bedroom opens onto the private balcony terrace, which features a dining table and parasol – perfect for enjoying meals with a view.
Apartment 10 is situated on the opposite side of the house, farther from the pool, but is nearly identical to Apartment 11.
A shared laundry room with 3 washing machines and ironing facilities is available for guests.

The agriturismo consists of two renovated farmhouses: Casale Uno (4 apartments) and Casale Due (7 apartments). Each apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning, fireplace, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a fully fitted kitchen and ensuite bathroom.
Apartments in Casale Uno include a private washing machine but no dishwasher. In Casale Due, all apartments have a dishwasher and access to a shared laundry room with 3 washing machines and ironing facilities.

The beaches of Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto, as well as the Sibillini Mountains, are just a 20-minute drive away.
