Apartment 2 is located on the ground floor, on the corner of Casale Uno, and features a private terrace under the veranda close to the pool. The apartment is stylishly furnished in classic Italian style and includes air conditioning, a fireplace, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a kitchen-living area with a fully equipped kitchen. It offers two double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, and is suitable for 4–5 guests – including guests with reduced mobility.
Layout of Apartment 2
Access via the external staircase at the front of the house, with a sunny seating area at the entrance. The spacious kitchen-living room includes a dining table for 5, stovetop, oven, fridge with freezer, and washing machine.
A hallway leads to two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. An extra bed or bunk bed can be added.
Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with sink, shower, toilet, and bidet.
Private Terrace
The large covered terrace at the rear of the farmhouse is furnished with a dining table for 5.
Apartment 2 is almost identical to Apartment 1 but features a larger kitchen-living room and is located on the pool side of the building.

Apartments in Two Country Houses
The agriturismo consists of two renovated farmhouses: Casale Uno (4 apartments) and Casale Due (7 apartments). Each apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning, fireplace, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a fully fitted kitchen and ensuite bathroom.
Apartments in Casale Uno include a private washing machine but no dishwasher. In Casale Due, all apartments have a dishwasher and access to a shared laundry room with 3 washing machines and ironing facilities.

The historic towns of Ascoli Piceno, Ripatransone, Offida and Acquaviva Picena are nearby. The beaches of Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto, as well as the Sibillini Mountains, are just a 20-minute drive away.
