Apartment Colline is located on the lower level of Colle San Lorenzo and is accessed via the outdoor staircase along the house.
The entrance at the back leads directly to a private terrace with lawn and breathtaking panoramic views over the hills of Le Marche.
The apartment is suitable for 5 guests and features two comfortable bedrooms, two luxurious bathrooms, and a cozy living room with open-plan kitchen.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, and all necessary cookware.
Next to it is the first double bedroom, with a bathroom directly adjacent to the living room – fitted with a spacious walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.
A small hallway leads to the second bedroom, which also has its own bathroom with the same high-end finishes.
The interior combines high-quality furnishings with personal family heirlooms, creating a warm and stylish atmosphere.

The villa is divided into two fully independent apartments:
✔️ Apartment Colline is on the ground floor and features 2 bedrooms, 2 luxury bathrooms, and a private terrace with lawn and stunning views.
✔️ Apartment Pineta spans three floors and offers 4 to 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious living-dining area, a modern kitchen, and an additional sleeping area in the attic.
Outside, a shaded terrace beneath a tree features a large dining table and panoramic views.
A shared laundry room with washing machine is available in the basement for both apartments.
Outdoor area & pool
The pineta is a wonderfully cool pine grove with hammocks and sitting areas.
Just below it lies the beautiful 6 × 12 metre infinity pool with a shallow area for children, surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, and soon, a comfortable lounge sofa.
Magical location
Colle San Lorenzo is a cherished local spot, now available exclusively as a private holiday rental.
The on-site chapel can be visited and is also available as a wedding venue.

The villa is easily accessible via a paved road with a private entrance, gate, and ample shaded parking.
