Six apartments are on the ground floor, while the remaining four are on the first floor and accessible via an external staircase or elevator.
All apartments are wheelchair accessible.
Swimming pool and playground
The heated, fenced pool (18 × 7 m) is salt-based and entirely chlorine-free.
It features a shallow kids’ section, hydromassage jets, a waterfall, and geysers.
Next to the pool is a playground with a slide, merry-go-round, and swings, surrounded by trees for natural shade.

Guests have access to a shared space with a coffee and soft drink vending machine.
The 8-hectare property offers walking trails, a fitness and barefoot path, picnic areas, and a labyrinth.
All fruit on the estate is organic and can be picked freely.
