Located on the first floor and accessible via a private outdoor staircase, the apartment offers beautiful views of the garden, vineyards, and the Le Marche mountains.
With a surface area of 43 m², it is suitable for up to 2 people + 1 baby.

Layout
You enter via the covered private terrace into the kitchen area, which includes a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with a 2-burner hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, and washing machine.
Next to the kitchen is the bathroom with a sink, jacuzzi bath with shower function, toilet, and bidet.
The adjoining bedroom features a double bed and space for a baby cot.
Private terrace
The 8 m² covered terrace is furnished with a dining table for 2 and a comfortable lounge chair.
From here, you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view over the surrounding nature and rolling hills.

The resort is set on a vast 120-hectare estate near Acquaviva Picena, just 20 minutes from the beaches of Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto on the Adriatic coast.

Casale Sopra offers 6 rustic-style apartments with air conditioning, each with one or two bedrooms, a private terrace or garden, and suitable for 2 to 5 guests.

Location & atmosphere
The resort is located in the heart of the wine region of southern Le Marche. You reach the estate via a typical Italian country lane – first passing Casale Sotto, then reaching the higher-located Casale Sopra, offering spectacular panoramic views.

Around the pool are luxury loungers, ideal for unwinding and enjoying the views.
Beach service
Guests of the resort enjoy access to 2 sun loungers and bikes at the beach in Grottammare, perfect for a relaxed day by the sea.

In July, free yoga classes in English are offered on-site exclusively for guests.
