Apartment Viola is the largest apartment of Casale Sopra and is located on the ground floor, centrally positioned between apartments Rosa and Lavanda.
With two spacious bedrooms, a charming interior, and two covered private terraces totaling 43 m², this is a comfortable and characterful place to enjoy peace, space, and stunning views of the surrounding vineyards and hills.
The apartment is approx. 85 m² and suitable for up to 4 guests.
Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available.
Layout
You enter through the front covered terrace into the fully equipped kitchen, which flows into a large, beautifully furnished living room with antique pieces.
The kitchen includes a 2-burner ceramic hob, an additional 2-burner cooktop, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.
There are two double bedrooms, both with direct access to the rear terrace:
– one with a double bed,
– one with two single beds.
There are two bathrooms:
– one with a spacious walk-in shower,
– the other with a large round bathtub – both include a sink, toilet, and bidet.
Private terraces
Both covered terraces are furnished with a dining table for 6, lounge sofas, and comfortable armchairs.
The rear terrace offers beautiful views of the garden and vineyards toward the mountains – a perfect spot to relax outdoors.
Casale Sopra is part of the charming holiday retreat Country Resort La Vigna, nestled among vineyards and olive groves, with breathtaking views over the rolling hills toward the mountains.
The resort is set on a vast 120-hectare estate near Acquaviva Picena, just 20 minutes from the beaches of Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto on the Adriatic coast.

Casale Sopra offers 6 rustic-style apartments with air conditioning, each with one or two bedrooms, a private terrace or garden, and suitable for 2 to 5 guests.
All apartments are fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, washing machine, oven, microwave, and fridge. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are standard.
Location & atmosphere
The resort is located in the heart of the wine region of southern Le Marche. You reach the estate via a typical Italian country lane – first passing Casale Sotto, then reaching the higher-located Casale Sopra, offering spectacular panoramic views.

Casale Sopra features a beautiful swimming pool with a shallow section for children.
Around the pool are luxury loungers, ideal for unwinding and enjoying the views.
Beach service
Guests of the resort enjoy access to 2 sun loungers and bikes at the beach in Grottammare, perfect for a relaxed day by the sea.
Extras
In July, free yoga classes in English are offered on-site exclusively for guests.
There are also three shared barbecue areas available for guest use.
Accessibility & parking
The accommodation is accessible via a well-maintained gravel road of a few kilometers and offers ample parking space.
