A vaulted archway leads to the cozy sleeping area, slightly elevated and formerly a grotto – adding to its unique charm.
The bedroom is equipped with a portable air conditioner.
Private terraces
The bathroom includes a sink, jacuzzi bath with shower, toilet, and bidet.
In addition to the covered front terrace, there is also a rear garden terrace with stunning views of the vineyards – perfect for enjoying peace and nature.

Casale Sotto is located on a 120-hectare estate and, together with Casale Sopra, forms the Country Resort.

Each apartment includes two sunbeds and bicycles at the beach in Grottammare.
In July, free yoga classes in English are offered on-site for guests.
Guests also have access to three shared barbecue areas.
