Apartment Iperico is a spacious and charming apartment of approx. 100 m² on the first floor, accessible via an external staircase.
It is suitable for 4 guests and features a large covered private terrace with panoramic views over the vineyards.
Layout
Inside, you’ll find a cozy living room with a sitting area, fireplace, and TV.
Next to it is the semi-open kitchen with dining table and full equipment:
5-burner hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and washing machine.
There are two bedrooms:
– one with a double bed,
– one with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and bidet.
The second bathroom includes a jacuzzi bathtub, toilet, bidet, and sink.
Covered private terrace
The spacious rear terrace is furnished with a dining table for 6 and luxurious lounge furniture – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking views over the vineyards.
Wi-Fi is of course available.
Casale Sotto is part of the Country Resort La Vigna holiday park, beautifully set among vineyards and olive groves, near the medieval town of Acquaviva Picena and just 20 minutes from the Adriatic coast with Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto.
The Apartments
The country house features 8 charmingly furnished apartments (for 1 to 5 guests), all with air conditioning, a private terrace or garden, and access to a large 7 × 35 meter swimming pool with a shallow children’s area.
Luxury sun loungers, play areas, and outdoor seating offer plenty of comfort and relaxation.
The Estate
Casale Sotto is located on a 120-hectare estate and, together with Casale Sopra, forms the Country Resort.
A picturesque country road leads to the domain, where panoramic views over the vineyards and mountains are simply breathtaking.
Location
The location is perfect for those seeking peace, nature, and beach access.
Each apartment includes two sunbeds and bicycles at the beach in Grottammare.
In July, free yoga classes in English are offered on-site for guests.
Guests also have access to three shared barbecue areas.

Casale Sotto is accessible via a gravel road of a few kilometers.
There is ample parking available at the accommodation.
