Appartamento 2 is the largest apartment at Countryhouse La Chiesetta. Located on the ground floor on the garden and pool side, it accommodates 1 to 5 guests. You’ll enjoy a private terrace under a covered veranda with views of the pool and garden.
Apartment layout
Entering through the veranda, you step into a bright, open living space with a modern kitchen, dining table, and seating area. The kitchen is on the terrace side and fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, and microwave. Large French doors connect the kitchen directly to the terrace.
At the rear of the living area, there’s a cosy seating nook with a comfortable sofa and TV. A hallway leads to the two bedrooms and the spacious bathroom. Both bedrooms feature a double bed, desk, TV, and wardrobe. An extra bed can be added for a child.
The windows are fitted with insect screens and curtains.
The stylish bathroom includes a walk-in rain shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.
The entire apartment is air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi.
Countryhouse La Chiesetta is idyllically located in the hills near Offida, just 25 minutes from the Adriatic coast. This modern retreat offers seven comfortable apartments and a detached cottage, each with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a private terrace. An electric vehicle charging station is also available.
Countryhouse Layout
On the ground floor of Countryhouse La Chiesetta, you'll find three charming apartments.
✔ Appartamento 2: a spacious apartment with two bedrooms, located on the garden side with views of the pool. It has a private terrace under a covered veranda – ideal for relaxing outdoors in peace.
✔ Studio 4a & Studio 4b: located on the side of the building, each with a separate bedroom and a cosy seating area under the large shared veranda. These can be divided with a curtain for extra privacy. Since the studios are adjacent, they can be connected into one large apartment via an internal door – perfect for a family or two couples, with a generous, fully private covered terrace.
On the first floor are 3 more one-bedroom apartments.
✔ Appartamento 5 & 6: side by side, each with a private sitting area on the shared terrace, which will soon be covered. Curtains can also be used here for added privacy.
Appartamento 5 has a private entrance via an outdoor staircase, while Appartamento 6 is accessible via a metal staircase from the large rooftop terrace. Both have French doors opening onto the terrace, which can be shared when booked together – ideal for friends or families traveling together.
✔ Appartamento 3: located on the opposite side of the building, with its own entrance via an outdoor staircase. It offers great privacy thanks to the spacious rooftop terrace where guests can relax and enjoy the view and tranquility. (Photos coming soon.)
✔ Cottage La Casetta: In the garden near the pool, the detached cottage Casetta offers a spacious studio with separate bedroom, modern kitchen, and terrace overlooking the pool.
Garden & Pool
The large garden is surrounded by olive, palm, and fruit trees, and features a pool with waterfall, several sun terraces, lounge areas (under construction), a built-in BBQ spot, and a covered dining area. The charming chapel Madonna della Sanità is also on the property and will soon be available as a wedding venue.
Nature & Central Location
Enjoy walks through the private forest and take in the view of Offida from a quiet bench. Shops, restaurants, and other amenities are just a few minutes away in Offida's lively town center. Grottammare and the mountains are easily accessible by car.
