It is located on the same level as Apartment Anatra, and the two can be combined into one large unit.
Private covered terrace
You enter Germano via the expansive rooftop terrace, which is partly covered and furnished with a dining table, sun loungers, and offers panoramic views over the hills – a perfect spot to relax outdoors.
Living area
Inside, you walk into a large open-plan living space with a dining table, cosy seating area with fireplace, TV, and two single beds. This area can be transformed into an extra bedroom using a blackout curtain.
On the other side is the spacious open kitchen with an island, fully equipped with a dishwasher, large gas stove, microwave, and an American-style fridge with freezer and ice maker.
There is even a separate room with a pizza oven.
Bedroom
A hallway leads to the double bedroom, furnished with a linen cupboard and chest of drawers.
Opposite the bedroom is a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.
There is also a separate toilet with washing machine.
At the end of the hallway, you’ll find the connecting door to Apartment Anatra.

Villa Domus offers three fully equipped apartments, each with a private terrace:

✔ Germano (80 m²) – perfect for 4 people, with a huge partially covered terrace, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
✔ Anatra (45 m²) – ideal for 2–4 people, with an atmospheric covered terrace, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
Pool with panoramic view
The large enclosed pool (11 × 4 m) features hydromassage and a fountain, and offers stunning panoramic views. Relax on the lounge sofas under the veranda or on the luxurious sunbeds around the pool. Children can enjoy the lawn area and trampoline.
Spacious private estate
Villa Domus is built on a large private estate with olive groves, set into a hillside with three levels.
The top floor is occupied by the owner and family. The middle level, next to the parking area, gives access to apartment Oca. One level down, next to the pool, are apartments Germano and Anatra.
Accessibility and parking
The villa is easily accessible via a small paved road and has a private driveway with electric gate. Parking is available on-site.
