Germano has a large private rooftop terrace at the back, partly covered with a veranda. It features a dining table, sun loungers, and stunning views over the hills and mountains.
On the side, next to Anatra, there's a charming covered terrace with pergola, dining table, and lounge chair – overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
Living space with extra sleeping options
From the rooftop terrace, you enter Germano’s spacious living room with fireplace, corner sofa, dining table, and two extra beds. This area can be turned into a third bedroom with a blackout curtain.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with an island, dishwasher, large gas cooker, microwave, American fridge, and even a separate room with a pizza oven.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Germano has one bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, and bidet, and a separate toilet with washing machine.
A hallway connects to Anatra’s bedroom, which also has its own private entrance.
The bedroom in Anatra is cosy and sleeps four, with a double bed, single bed, an extra bed on a mezzanine, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
The room has no windows but is equipped with fans and a cooling unit.
The modern en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.
Anatra kitchen
A hallway with a washing machine leads to Anatra’s kitchen, which is fully equipped with a gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher.
It overlooks the garden and pool and has direct access to the covered terrace.

The large enclosed pool (11 × 4 m) features hydromassage and a fountain, and offers stunning panoramic views. Relax on the lounge sofas under the veranda or on the luxurious sunbeds around the pool. Children can enjoy the lawn area and trampoline.
Spacious private estate
Villa Domus is built on a large private estate with olive groves, set into a hillside with three levels.
The top floor is occupied by the owner and family. The middle level, next to the parking area, gives access to apartment Oca. One level down, next to the pool, are apartments Germano and Anatra.
Accessibility and parking
The villa is easily accessible via a small paved road and has a private driveway with electric gate. Parking is available on-site.
