This fully renovated city villa spans three floors and offers a stylish living room, modern kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms, two luxurious bathrooms, a private inner courtyard, and an impressive rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the historic town and the Adriatic Sea.
Ground floor
Upon entering, you step directly into the cosy living-dining room, tastefully decorated with a mix of antique and modern elements, a fireplace, and a large dining table. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, gas hob, and fridge-freezer.
It opens onto a charming courtyard with a dining table, barbecue, outdoor shower, and a utility area with washing machine and extra toilet.
First floor
Via the staircase with original cotto tiles, you reach a spacious bedroom with a double bed (or two singles) and a modern bathroom with rain shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.
From the bedroom window, you can enjoy views over the rooftops towards the sea.
Second floor
Here you’ll find two more bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with bunk beds – along with a modern bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.
Rooftop terrace
At the very top awaits the showpiece: a spacious rooftop terrace with 360° views of the old town and the sea. The perfect place to unwind in the sun or enjoy dinner at sunset, with a dining table, lounge set, and large parasol.

There are two lovely restaurants just a 2-minute walk from the villa.
The beach is 10–15 minutes on foot or easily reached by car. The town offers plenty of authentic restaurants and beach bars serving fresh seafood.
