Description

Casa Rima is a very spacious and beautifully maintained holiday villa owned by Dutch hosts, located just 7 minutes from the Adriatic Sea near the charming seaside town of Marina di Altidona in southern Le Marche.
The property features air conditioning, a beautifully landscaped garden, and a fenced private pool measuring 6 × 12 meters.

The villa is situated at the end of a well-accessible road and is fully enclosed.
Through the electric entrance gate, you enter a haven of peace and privacy.
The large veranda with comfortable lounge seating is a perfect place to relax and enjoy views of the garden and pool.

Casa Rima consists of two separate accommodations, ideal for families or groups of friends who want to holiday together while still enjoying their own space.
The property accommodates 10 to 12 guests, with additional room for 2 babies.

House layout

During the high season, Casa Rima is only rented as a whole, making it ideal for two families who want to enjoy a holiday together while still valuing their own privacy.
Outside the high season, the two apartments can be rented separately on request at reduced rates.
On the ground floor there is an apartment with three bedrooms, and on the first floor an apartment with two bedrooms and a sofa bed.

Ground floor
The ground-floor apartment is atmospheric and features authentic details such as wooden beams and terracotta floors.
The spacious kitchen-diner is fully equipped and opens directly onto the terrace under the veranda.
There are three bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom. The other two share a second bathroom.
One bedroom has direct access to the veranda. Satellite TV is available in the kitchen and in one of the bedrooms. The entire floor has air conditioning.

First floor
Upstairs, you’ll find a cozy second apartment with living room, open fireplace, sofa bed, and adjoining kitchen with dining table.
There are also two spacious bedrooms and a modern bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. This apartment also features satellite TV and strong Wi-Fi.

Pool, veranda, pizza oven and BBQ
The private pool (6 × 12 m) is level with the garden, fully fenced, and equipped with an outdoor shower, sun loungers, parasols, and a cozy seating area.
Around the house, there are several covered verandas with dining tables for a total of 12 guests, a lounge area, and views of the pool.
For extra charm, there is a pizza oven and a barbecue in the garden.

Ping pong table, Wi-Fi, screens and air conditioning
Children will enjoy a ping pong table, a volleyball net, and plenty of space to play. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and garden.
All windows are fitted with insect screens, and each bedroom has air conditioning.

Two separate accommodations
For smaller groups, it’s possible to rent just one of the apartments outside of high season – with exclusive use of all facilities, meaning no other guests will be on the property.
The ground-floor apartment is suitable for 4 to 6 guests; the upstairs apartment for 4 to 5 guests.
Prices in the booking system are automatically adjusted based on the number of guests entered.

Accessibility and parking
Casa Rima is accessible via a partly paved road and has its own driveway with an electric gate.
Parking is available on the property.
