Set in the hills with panoramic views, just a 5-minute drive from the charming village of Altidona.

House layout

You enter the villa through the covered terrace into a bright living room with a comfortable seating area, sofa bed, TV, and sideboard.
The modern open-plan kitchen is connected to the living area and offers stunning views through large windows. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary kitchenware.
There’s also a (extendable) dining table for 8 to 10 guests.

On the opposite side of the villa are four bedrooms: two with double beds, one with three single beds, and one with a bunk bed.
One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and there’s a second bathroom as well – both equipped with a sink, spacious shower, toilet, and bidet.
All rooms are fitted with insect screens and have ample storage.
Extra sleeping space is available on the sofa bed or a foldable child’s bed.

Garden and pool
Right next to the front door is a pergola offering shade, with a dining table and lounge set – perfect for relaxing outdoors with views of the pool.
The 10 x 5 metre pool is fully fenced and comes with sun loungers, parasols, and an additional lounge area to make the most of the sweeping views.
On the side of the villa, there’s a utility room with a washing machine and drying rack, and a barbecue is also provided.
The surrounding garden is beautifully landscaped with flowering plants, grass, old olive trees, and is fully enclosed for complete privacy.

Accessibility and parking
The villa is accessible via a gravel road and electric gate. Parking is easy on the private grounds.
