Villa della Frutta is a spacious and charming villa with two comfortable apartments, accommodating up to 13 guests.
The villa is peacefully set among olive and fruit trees, just 20 minutes from the sandy beach of Grottammare and 45 minutes from the Sibillini Mountains.
With its large fenced garden, secure private pool, and family-friendly amenities, it's the ideal spot for two families wanting to enjoy a holiday together – with plenty of privacy.

House layout

Ground floor
On the ground floor is the largest apartment (128 m²), suitable for 6 to 8 guests.
There’s an entrance at the front via an external staircase, and another directly at the back by the pool.

Inside, you step into a spacious hallway that connects all rooms. The bright living room features a cosy seating area with fireplace, TV, a large dining table, and a lovely workspace by the window. In the corner is a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and sink.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. French doors open directly onto the covered terrace overlooking the garden and pool.

The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The first bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom.
The second has two single beds, and the third features a double bed plus a bunk bed.
All rooms have a wardrobe.
In the hallway, there is a large family bathroom with jacuzzi, double sink, shower, toilet, and bidet.
A washing machine is available for private use.

First floor
On the upper floor is a bright and spacious apartment (71 m²), suitable for 5 guests. The entrance is via an exterior staircase on the pool side.

You enter a hallway that connects to all rooms. The charming living room has a seating area with fireplace, TV, and dining table.
Next to it is a practical kitchen with gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and oven.
From the living room and kitchen, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the rolling hills of Le Marche.

The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two or three single beds. Both have wardrobes and a chest of drawers.
The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. A washing machine is also available for private use.

Covered terraces
The villa has two large covered terraces with dining tables and chairs – perfect for outdoor meals overlooking the pool.
At the rear of the house is an extra shaded terrace for additional seating.

Garden and pool
The large garden is fully fenced and provides plenty of space to play – with a lawn, trampoline, and a generous 5 x 12 metre pool with sun loungers and shaded areas.
Guests are welcome to use the vegetable garden of the kind owner, who regularly drops by with fresh fruit or a homemade cake.

Accessibility and parking
The property is easily accessible via a quiet dead-end lane with a secure gate and ample parking.
The villa is located near the charming village of Montalto delle Marche, with shops and restaurants nearby.
