Villa Liliana is an elegant holiday villa for 6 guests with air conditioning, set in a unique location near Monte Rinaldo, in the heart of the rolling hills of southern Le Marche.
The villa offers complete tranquillity, comfort, and breathtaking 360° views over the hills, the Adriatic Sea, and the Sibillini Mountains.
Thanks to its position between the coast and a nature park, it’s the perfect base for a relaxing and varied holiday.

House layout

Villa Liliana was built with great attention to detail and quality. The terracotta floors have underfloor heating, the interior is warm and elegant, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Thanks to its strategic location, both the beaches and the Sibillini National Park are within a 30-minute drive.

Living room and kitchen
The villa features a spacious living room with a smart TV and an open-plan kitchen that is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, gas hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, and everything you need for enjoyable cooking.
Large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.
Outside, a covered veranda invites you to linger over meals in the shade, while the panoramic terrace is perfect for enjoying sunrise or sunset.

Bedrooms
Villa Liliana has three spacious bedrooms:
Two with double beds and one with two single beds.
One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom; the other two share a large bathroom with a sink, toilet, bidet, and a spacious walk-in rain shower.

Pool & garden
The private swimming pool (6 x 12 m) features a hydromassage zone and a shallow area for children.
Around the pool you’ll find comfortable loungers, parasols, and a bathroom just steps away.
The well-maintained garden includes several seating areas, a BBQ, and a cosy lounge corner for pure relaxation.

Accessibility & parking
The villa is easily accessible via a paved road and features an electric gate and private parking.
