Villa San Valentino is a luxury holiday villa with a heated pool for 14 guests, beautifully situated in the rolling landscape of Le Marche, near the charming town of Loro Piceno.
The traditional Italian style is tastefully combined with a modern, comfortable interior and stylish designer furniture.

House layout

This spacious villa features 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and various cozy seating areas. By the pool, there is a separate guesthouse with its own kitchen, bathroom, and an additional bedroom. The villa is equipped with underfloor cooling, and the guesthouse has air conditioning.

Ground floor
On the ground floor, the living spaces form an open-plan layout with original details such as terracotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and wooden beams.
The large dining room with a dining table and a cozy seating area by the fireplace adjoins a spacious living room with large corner sofas, TV, fireplace, and a workspace.
The luxury kitchen is fully equipped, including a 5-burner gas hob, American fridge with ice machine, wine cooler, 2 dishwashers, combination oven, and built-in pizza oven.

Through French doors, you step directly onto the large covered terrace with lounge seating and a dining table – the perfect spot to enjoy an aperitif with panoramic views of the landscape and the pool.
Additionally, there is the first 2-person bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Downstairs in the basement, you'll find the laundry room and another bathroom.

First floor
Upstairs, there are four double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of which is en-suite), and in the tower on the 2nd floor, another cozy bedroom with its own bathroom.
All bedrooms are equipped with luxury box spring beds and insect screens.

Garden and pool
The beautifully landscaped garden with olive trees is fully enclosed and equipped with irrigation.
The heated infinity pool (6 × 12 m) features a large sun terrace with loungers and parasols. A large Weber gas BBQ completes the outdoor living experience.

Villa San Valentino is quietly located but centrally positioned near Loro Piceno, where you can find fresh bread, local delicacies, and charming cafés. Within 15 minutes, you can reach the picturesque Macerata with its famous open-air theatre. Fancy a day at the beach? Civitanova Marche is just a 30-minute drive away, offering boutiques, restaurants, and a lively nightlife.

The villa is easily accessible via a paved road and has a private driveway with an electric gate and covered parking.
