La Terrazza Blu is owned by an Italian couple who also love spending time here themselves. This fully renovated city villa spans three floors and beautifully combines atmosphere with modern comfort.
It features a stylish living room, fully equipped kitchen, three cosy bedrooms, two luxury bathrooms, a sheltered courtyard, and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the historic centre and the Adriatic Sea.

Ground floor
You enter into a warm and welcoming living-dining room, tastefully furnished with a mix of modern and classic elements, a fireplace, and a large dining table.
The adjoining kitchen offers all modern conveniences – including a dishwasher, oven, gas hob, and fridge with freezer – and opens onto a private courtyard with a dining area, barbecue, outdoor shower, and a separate utility room with toilet and washing machine.

First floor
Via the charming staircase with original ‘cotto’ tiles, you reach a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom. The bed can be configured as a double or two singles.
The bathroom features a rain shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. From the bedroom, you have a lovely view over the rooftops toward the sea.

Second floor
On the top floor are two more bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with bunk beds – as well as a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.

Rooftop terrace
The showpiece of the house is the spacious rooftop terrace, offering 360° views over the old town and the Adriatic coast. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the sun in peace or to dine al fresco with a view. The terrace includes a dining table, lounge set, and large parasol.

Location
Cupra Marittima consists of a lively seaside area and the higher historic centre, Cupra Alta. Here you can stroll through narrow streets and across charming little squares with breathtaking sea views. Just two minutes' walk from the villa, you’ll find two atmospheric restaurants.
The beach is about a 15-minute walk or easily reachable by car. In the seaside town, you’ll find several beach bars and restaurants serving fresh seafood and Italian hospitality.
